How much does it cost to file?

Cost depends primarily on the amount of forms we file for you. Feel free to come by or call us and we will be glad to give you a free estimate. Keep in mind, our prices are typically lower that our competitors.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Up to 21 days (but typically they take around 7 to 10 business days)
NOTE: We can not call the IRS until after 21 business days.

Where can I check the status of my refund?

What is the filing deadline?

April 15th

When are W2’s or other tax documents supposed to be out?

All tax documents are supposed to be postmarked by January 31st, The IRS will not take calls about missing documents until after February 15

What happens if I get another document after I file my taxes?

You will need to come by with the form so we can determine if it changes your taxes and file an Amended Tax Return if necessary.

Where can I find out if the IRS will take my refund for past debt?

Call 1-800-304-3107 and follow the automated prompts.

Do I need proof of insurance?

Yes.  Companies are now sending out an 1098-B or C and if you receive insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace you will need an 1095-A in order to file your taxes. If you do not have insurance the IRS will asses a penalty.
